1. COMPLAINT PROCESS

In the event of a dispute (after the Customer has placed a booking), customers can file a complaint directly with us via the hotline.

Customer complaints are received and will be forwarded to the relevant department for resolution as soon as possible.

2. CANCELLATION AND DATE CHANGE POLICY

In case the Customer wants to change the playing date or change the golf course, please contact our Booking department for support.

3. CANCELLATION POLICY

Depending on the time and different price types, the cancellation policy will vary. Below is the basic cancellation policy, applied when the cancellation policy is not mentioned in the order or on the online booking page.

In case of a no-show (Customer books but does not arrive), we will charge a penalty fee of the entire order amount.

4. REFUND GUARANTEE POLICY

In case the customer has paid a deposit or full payment for the booking but cancels due to objective conditions, we will consider refunding the amount to the Customer. The refund will be based on the regulations of each different booking. This refund will be officially notified to the customer by our staff via email.

Refund time is within 5-10 working days depending on the bank.

Refund method: refund to the provided bank account or the card that collected the money.

5. LIST OF CANCELLATION REGULATIONS FOR GOLF COURSES NATIONWIDE

Below is the cancellation policy of golf courses for your reference and compliance with regulations. In case you want to cancel a golf booking, Intergolf will comply with the following terms. If the golfer cancels in accordance with the regulations in the table below, Intergolf will refund the money or the golfer can leave it as a credit for future bookings.

6. HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY
For the cancellation policy of hotels that you have booked through our system. The cancellation policy will depend on each specific hotel and may vary according to the terms of each hotel. If you have any questions about the cancellation policy or need further assistance, please contact our customer care team.
