1. COMPLAINT PROCEDURE

In case of a dispute (after the customer has booked the court), the customer can file a complaint directly with us via the hotline.

The customer’s complaint will be received and forwarded to the responsible department for resolution as soon as possible.

2. BOOKING CANCELLATION AND DATE CHANGE POLICY

If the customer wants to change the play date or the golf course, please contact our booking department for assistance.

3. CANCELLATION POLICY

Depending on the time and type of price, the cancellation policy will vary. Below is the basic cancellation policy, applied when the cancellation policy is not mentioned in the order or on the online booking page.

In case of no-show (the customer books but does not show up), we will charge the full amount of the order as a penalty.

4. MONEY BACK GUARANTEE POLICY

If the customer has paid a deposit or the full amount for the court booking but cancels the trip due to objective reasons, we will consider refunding the amount to the customer. The refund will be based on the regulations of each booking. Our staff will officially notify the customer about the refund via email.

The refund time is within 5-10 working days, depending on the bank.

Refund method: refunded to the provided bank account or the card used for payment.

5. LIST OF CANCELLATION POLICIES OF GOLF COURSES NATIONWIDE

Below is the cancellation policy of various golf courses for golfers’ reference and compliance. If golfers wish to cancel or reschedule their golf bookings, Intergolf will adhere to the following terms. If golfers cancel or reschedule according to the policy below, Intergolf will refund or carry over the balance for future bookings.
