GUIDE USE G-POINT

1. Direct deduction on Golf Course Booking

Customers will be able to use their points to deduct money from the booking value. Sales staff is responsible for doing this. Notify customers, use existing customer points to deduct money on new bookings.

2. Use points to buy items - Golf Accessories

Customers can use their points to buy golf equipment that the company is selling: Gloves, socks, sun protection gloves, hats, clubs, clothes... (product details are available at: Golfbooking.com.vn/golfshop). Redeeming points to use the equipment will be carried out in two steps as follows:

- Sales staff: create a warehouse bill (retail invoice), select the equipment to be exported, use points to pay

- If the customer 's points converted to money are lower than the amount of the equipment, the customer will pay the remaining amount

3. Use points to redeem more than 100,000 other brands - E-Voucher

Customers can use G-POINT to exchange for e-vouchers with more than 100,000 brands. Through a third party. GOTIT

- Customers access the website Golfbooking.com.vn. Log in to their account (by their phone number)

- Customers will see their G-POINT number in the Rewards section. Select the brands they want to exchange for Evoucher.

- Customers will receive an Evoucher code of that brand corresponding to the amount they want to exchange.

For example: a customer has 300 points and wants to exchange for an Evoucher to shop on Shopee worth 300,000 VND. Got it will text you a Code. Please enter that code on Shopee 's Evoucher to use for shopping.

Other brands do the same.

POINTS EARNING GUIDE

 

1. Point accumulation policy

For each bill, each item will accumulate points corresponding to the number of players

For example: FLC Weekday item 4 guests (in the settings is +20 G-POINT to the reward wallet). The number of points accumulated for the booking guests is as follows: 20 G-POINT x 4 = 80 G-POINT

Note:

- The point accumulation policy for customers may change from time to time depending on the program information

- Points are not accumulated for discounted bills.

- Points are not accumulated for discounted products.

- Points are not accumulated for bills using points.

2. Point Checking

Customers can check their points on the website: golfbooking.com.vn or on the Zalo Intergolf official channel

Check through the customer care staff or call the hotline: 0964.525.999 (En) & 0966.756.777 (Vie)

Customers have the right to view their points accumulation history.

3. Point recovery policy

In some special cases, Intergolf has the right to withdraw points or change the policies applied to Customers in this Regulation, specifically as follows:

- Recover all points accumulated from successful payment transactions with customers who commit fraud or have successful payment transactions but request a partial/full refund/cancellation later.

- Recover all available points in case the Customer abuses the conversion of bonus points or Intergolf 's Promotion Program for personal gain.

- In case the customer 's available points are less than the points to be withdrawn, only allow the customer to accumulate points, do not allow the customer to spend points until the full number of points is recovered.

- Intergolf has the right to lock the Customer 's Loyalty account if there are signs of fraud, forgery, or payment of fake transactions for profit.
